A takeover is what the Lib/Nat merger is all about. The Nationals taking over the Lib's. And what's so sad is the Lib's can't or won't ditch the process! This whole exercise is about one faction saving face after loosing control of the Qld Liberal Party at the June 2008 Liberal Party Convention.
They were unable to continue to hijack the agenda of QL
D Liberal Party any longer, so the move was on to divert attention away from QLD Liberal Party's badly needed reform to a merger with the National Party.
These disenfranchised Liberal Members are working against the Liberal party while holding office on the State Council and assisting the Nationals with inside information on the merger to damage there own Party.
Go figure it out? They would rather scuttle the QLD Liberal Party than to stomach fundamental reforms to there own Party!
And that is the Northern Truth!
